A repeat client engaged us to create a solution for a newly purchased small lot with a rare wide frontage. A dream of ours has always been to bring the aesthetic influenced by Europe and colder weather climates and adapt it to the Queensland way of living. By utilising a basement garage the upper levels have been allowed the luxury of symmetry and an incredibly impressive home has been designed that not only carries the traditional elegant aesthetics desired from the outset but adapts the layout to suit the climate of South East Queensland.
