A blue-chip parcel of land was secured for one of our clients with a house approved to be demolished. The brief was to create a residence in keeping with the history and prestige of its immediate neighbours and locale whilst incorporating contemporary floor plan advantages and conveniences. A wonderful solution evolved on a small lot size.
